Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) an explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) confirmation of the current liquidator;
(c) appointment of a creditor’s committee (if thought fit);
(d) receive the views of creditors; and
(e) general business.
The meeting will be held on 19 June 2007 at 11.00am, Meeting Room, Hansen & Bate, Solicitors, 200 Warren Street, Hastings.
