Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held at the Auckland Club, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland, on Monday, 5 March 2007 commencing at 11.00am.
The business to be transacted at the meeting shall be:
1. Liquidators’ Report
To consider the liquidators’ report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Appointment of Liquidators
To consider whether to confirm the appointment of Bernard S. Montgomerie and Stuart J. Cunningham as joint and several liquidators or to appoint another liquidator in their place.
3. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether the liquidators should be asked
to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation.
4. Liquidation Committee
To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed and, if so, to appoint the members of that committee.
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 10.00am on Friday, 2 March 2007.
