Description: An estate in fee simple in 1217 square metres, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Marlborough Land Registry under LT 375035, being part Section 5 Omaka District, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 3 folio 512, such land being part of the land granted to Charles Benjamin Taylor under Crown Grant 5070 on
10 July 1873, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
