Description: An estate in fee simple in 0.0082 hectares, being on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land District under 386400, being part Section 3 Square 5 which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 3/686, such land being part the land granted to William Pahl under Crown Grant 3G/170 Conveyance 8673 on 5 June 1863 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
