Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Proprietors of Wakatu to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 324541.1 of Lot 1 DP 4117, being part of the land in Computer Freehold Register NL113/169 of which the lessor is Proprietors of Wakatu and the lessee is Esther Van Maanen.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 7124172.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
24 September 2007.
