The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to convey water and a right to drain sewage. The applicants claim the right to convey water and the right to drain sewage is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. Circumstances: The easement referred to is redundant due to the effluxion of time and no longer serves the dominant tenement.
