Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Darren William Leef to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease S488100 of the land in Computer Freehold Register SA12A/177 of which the lessor is Darren William Leef and the lessees are Warwick Tuaakai Tapsell and Annette Elizabeth Tapsell.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 7152146.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
1 March 2007.
