Description: An estate in fee simple in 1062 square metres, being Lot 1 DP 362610 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land Registry under LT 362610, being part Section 2 and Section 170 Motueka District, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 8 folio 900, such land being part of the land granted to Frank Jellicoe under Crown Grant 19342 on 29 September 1883, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
