The applicants described below have applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on 11 June 2007 if no objections are received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over part Allotment 10 Parish of Pukekohe (comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA899/71), created by conveyance 56928 (22M/743).
Circumstances: The dominant tenement (now Lot 5 DP 165707 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA100B/331), owned by Anthony David Allen and Lynette Allen) has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision.
