The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way. The applicants claim the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the right of way on 12 February 2007 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 2 DP S15392 coloured yellow, over Lot 3 DP S15392 coloured blue, over Lot 4 DP S15392 coloured yellow, over Lot 5 DP S15392 coloured blue and over Lot 6 DP S15392 coloured yellow appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 369453 created by easement certificate S552432, dated the 27th day of March 1972 at 11.35am.
Circumstances: Separation of the dominant tenement from the servient tenement caused by the subdivision shown on DP 369453.
