Pursuant to sections 20 and 52(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule
to this notice to be set apart for the purpose of a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall become vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
