Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves and vests the reserves in the Waitaki District Council, in trust for those purposes.
