Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tasman District Council to Her Majesty The Queen (Transit New Zealand) for a consideration of 10 cents ($0.10), pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981.
