Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be local purpose (environmental and landscape protection) reserve to be held and administered for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 23 of
the Reserves Act 1977.
