Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council resolved at its meeting on 15 March 2007 to classify that part of the reserve described in the Schedule as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
