Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Margaret Anne Kennedy, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of April 1997, taking land for electricity purposes (published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 17 April 1997, No. 35, page 886), by deleting the Schedule to that notice and substituting the following Schedule.
