Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land information,
R. J. Sutherland, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice, to be set apart for police purposes, subject to and with the benefit of (as the case may be) those interests and encumbrances registered against the particular Computer Freehold Register referred to in the Schedule.
