Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 2004, No. 46, page 1161, by deleting the quoted text and substituting the following:
"Area ha Description
1.1314 Part Section 48 Block VIII Wyndham Survey District and part Closed Road Block VIII Wyndham Survey District (balance Computer Freehold Register SL44/256)."
