Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of September 2007, taking land for railway purposes at Mt Roskill, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 September 2007, No. 106, page 2827, by deleting the words
“Land Declared as Road”
from the Schedule and replacing them with the words
“Land Acquired for Railway Purposes”.
