Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation, under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of
the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and declares that that part of the reserve be known as the Coronation Park Recreation Reserve.
