Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the purpose of the Maori Reservation described in the Schedule hereto is hereby amended to state "for the purpose of a Maori recreation reserve for the common use and
benefit of the owners of the said land and their invitees".
