(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing though the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be set apart for local purpose (segregation strip) reserve purposes;
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart
for recreation reserve purposes, subject to the Reserves
Act 1977, with Sections 43 and 44 SO 337399, subject to easement instrument B027127.12; and Section 42 SO 337399, subject to easement instruments B113407 and H214517B;
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for local purpose (segregation strip) reserve but with Sections 29 and 53 SO 337380, subject to easement instrument H472524; and Sections 33 and 49 SO 337380, subject to easement instruments H472538 and H472524; and Sections 24 and 25 SO 337399, subject to easement instrument B027127.12; and Section 38 SO 337380, subject to easement instrument H472539;
(d) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be road
and shall remain vested in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
