Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of September 2007, Road to be Stopped, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
27 September 2007, No. 106, page 2828, by deleting in the fourth paragraph the word
“Canterbury”
and substituting the word
“Wellington”.
