Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water supply purposes;
(b) The easements in gross described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice are hereby acquired as set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002
and shall both vest in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
