Pursuant to section 26ZS of the Conservation Act 1987,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation,
the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby amends parts of
New Zealand Gazette, 20 December 2004, No. 169, page 4225, by deleting the land described as
Taumarumaru Recreation Reserve (O04032)
from Schedule II (Controlled Dog Area: Entry by Permit for management and/or recreational hunting subject to conditions) and inserting the land described as
Taumarumaru Recreation Reserve (O04032)
into Schedule III (Open Dog Areas: Lead Subject to Conditions:
(a) all dogs shall be kept on a lead not exceeding three linear metres.
(b) faeces to be removed.)
