Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies and names the reserve described in the First Schedule as the Raroa local purpose (site for Girl Guide hall) reserve and further revokes the appointment of the Girl Guides Association of New Zealand Incorporated
to control and manage the reserve described in the Second Schedule.
