Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation vests the fee simple estate
of the land described in the Schedule to this notice in America’s Cup Village Limited, subject to public access being secured in perpetuity by the registration of a conservation covenant dated the 14th day of September 2006.
This vesting revokes and replaces the vesting notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 March 2007, No. 27, page 719.
