Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation vests the fee simple estate
of the land described in the Schedule to this notice in Auckland City Council, subject to public access being secured in perpetuity by the registration of a conservation covenant dated the 14th day of September 2006 (relating to the land described firstly in the Schedule), the registration of a conservation covenant dated the 30th day of November 2000 (relating to the land described secondly in the Schedule), the registration of a conservation covenant relating to the land described thirdly in the Schedule and the registration of a conservation covenant relating to the land described fourthly in the Schedule.
This vesting revokes and replaces the vesting notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 March 2007, No. 27, page 719.
