Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portions of unformed road described in the Schedule to this notice are hereby transferred to the Crown by the Southland District Council as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
