Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Westland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares land in the Third Schedule to be taken for severance.
(d) Pursuant to section 117(3), declares the land in the Second and Third Schedules to be vested in Mt McGloin Station Limited and to be held in one title.
