Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice acquiring land for road and easement acquired, dated the 24th day of October 2006
and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 November 2006, No. 126, page 3707, by deleting the Second Schedule and substituting the following:
"Second Schedule
Easement Acquired - Right to Drain Sewage in Gross
Area m2 Description
333 Part Lot 1 DP S56586; marked "A" on SO 393353 (part Computer Freehold Register SA46C/764)."
