Under section 24B(4)(b) of the Conservation Act 1987, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director-General of Conservation declares that the marginal strip requirements, set out in section 24 of
the Conservation Act 1987, shall not apply to the disposition to Contact Energy Limited of the land required in connection with electricity works specified in the Schedule.
