Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the North Shore City Council at its meeting on 29 August 2007, declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
