Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule and further appoints the Order of St John Northern Region (South Island) Trust to control and manage that part of the reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
