Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council notifies that a resolution was passed
by the North Shore City Council on 8 June 2006, declaring the land in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserves subject to the provisions of the said Act.
