Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council notifies that a resolution was passed
by the North Shore City Council on 14 September 2006, declaring the land in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
