Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council notifies that a resolution was passed
by the North Shore City Council on 9 September 2004, declaring the land in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
