Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council resolved at its meeting on 9 September 2004 to classify that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule as local purpose (cemetery) reserve, subject to
the provisions of the said Act.
