Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 5 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the adjoining Crown land and shall become subject to the Land Act 1948, and further declares, pursuant to section 120(5), shall be incorporated with the Crown forestry licence contained in Computer Interest Register SA55A/100.
