Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve described in the Schedule and known as the Mangawhai Wildlife Refuge is to be known as the Mangawhai Government Purpose (Wildlife Refuge) Reserve.
