Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and
(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the portions of stopped road in the First Schedule and the land in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown.
