Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17, 20 and 52(1)(b), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for local purpose drainage reserve and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 28, further declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is subject to
the creation of the following easements, on terms and conditions as set out in the Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette:
(i) a right to drain sewage is granted in gross in favour of the Christchurch City Council over the land described in the Second Schedule; and
(ii) a right of way for foot access is granted over
the land described in the Second Schedule to be
held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto.
