Reserve in the Grey District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Rotomanu Public Hall Society (Incorporated) in the Rotomanu local purpose (hall site) reserve described in the Schedule and classifies that reserve as a local purpose (public hall) reserve and vests the same reserve in the Grey District Council in trust for local purpose (public hall) purposes.
