Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Amendment to Reserve Boundary—Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve, Rotorua District, dated the 1st day of May 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 May
2007, No. 56, page 1467, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Amendment to Reserve Boundary—Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve, Rotorua District
Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that those parts of the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve comprised and described in the third and fourth, and the sixth, seventh and eighth lines of New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1982, No. 48, page 1455 (Document H408804) is amended to that shown in the Schedule hereto from 24 September 2006.
