Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is to be set apart as a reserve and further classifies the reserve as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and vests the reserve in the Southland District Council in trust for that purpose and declares that the reserve shall be known as the Ivon Wilson Park Recreation Reserve.
