Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of March 2007, setting land apart for a public school and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 22 March 2007, No. 32, page 852, by inserting
“subject to Part 9 of The Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, Memorial 263705.1 and to an electricity easement (in gross) created by Transfer 5491465.1”
after
“vested in the Crown”.
