Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Bay of Plenty Community Relations and Technical Support Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Western Bay of Plenty District Council to control and manage the Tautau Scenic Reserve described in the Schedule.
