Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated the 10th day of March 2004 pursuant to section 10 of the said Act, the Wellington City Council, by resolution dated the 23rd day of May 2007, exchanged the reserve land defined in the First Schedule for the land defined in the Second Schedule, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
