Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as Maori reservations for the common use and benefit of the beneficiaries of Tokerau A 15 (Reserves) to provide for an environmental protection programme on the Maori freehold land known as Tokerau A 15 (Reserves) Part.
