Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the First Schedule be acquired for a drainage reserve and vested in the Grey District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule be acquired for severance and further declares that the land be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS2A/1292
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
